Had a nice visit here with family. Restaurant was busy but service was fast and friendly. Enjoyed the margaritas. Buffalo and bee-sting wings were huge portions and nicely sauced and were tasty. Grilled pierogi with onions were good. The onion soup was good but nothing special same with the roast beef sandwich. Probably should have ordered the french dip version. Garlic fries were very good, that is IF you LOVE garlic because they were GARLICKY (they are called garlic fries for a reason so not complaining). Will come back to try other options.
Just love this place. Cozy, comfortable, great food. I always support small business rather than chain restaurants.

We come here regularly to grab a bite and have a few drinks. Sometimes it's a ghost town and other times there isn't a seat to be found- regardless of time of day! The food is outstanding. On this visit our meals were beyond outstanding. I had the Cajun chicken Mac N cheese and it was literally the best Mac N cheese I think I've ever had. The chicken was good, but the Mac was heaven. Hubs had the crispy chicken salad that was amazing. The salad add-in built a fantastic flavor profile. We'll definitely order these two dishes again. Bonus- I ate about 1/3 of the chicken and Mac and no sooner did we get home and teen dug in- and also loved it!
Stop in for lunch. The Out Place Special? Sandwich was delicious. The service was friendly and efficient. This is the quintessential PA tavern. Worth a try.
